jilli 1 Terms & Conditions — Your User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jilli 1," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to jilli 1 Casino and its operating entity, accessible at jilli1.club.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on jilli 1 or accesses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered on jilli 1 by a Player.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the funds held in your jilli 1 account, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).
• "Games" refers to all slots, live casino tables, bingo, sports betting markets, e-sabong, and any other gaming products accessible through the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount issued by jilli 1 to a Player's account distinct from the Player's real-money balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under these Terms and applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing jilli 1, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any services provided by jilli 1.

jilli 1 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the platform's notification system. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use jilli 1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in real-money gaming activities in the Philippines as required under PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, or other non-individual persons may not register an account.
• You must not be accessing jilli 1 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of jilli 1, any of its affiliated entities, or any game provider supplying content to the platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jilli 1 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jilli 1 at any given time. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Registration with false or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

jilli 1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements. Before any withdrawal may be processed, Players are required to successfully complete KYC by submitting:

• A clear photograph of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's licence).
• A current selfie photograph for facial comparison against the identification document.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where requested by jilli 1's compliance team.

jilli 1 may request additional documentation at any time as part of enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges pending resolution.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilli 1 account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

jilli 1 will never contact you to request your password, OTP, or full payment card details via any channel, including live chat, SMS, email, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from jilli 1 requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your jilli 1 account — at least eight characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from your Account Settings to add a second layer of protection against unauthorised access.
• Do not share your credentials with any third party, including family members. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device, and do not allow your browser to save your credentials on such devices.
• Review your active sessions periodically (Account Settings → Security → Active Sessions) and terminate any session you do not recognise.

In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify jilli 1 support immediately. jilli 1 will investigate all credibly reported account compromise incidents and may freeze the account pending investigation to prevent further unauthorised activity.

6.1 Currency. All transactions on jilli 1 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jilli 1 does not charge currency conversion fees. Players are solely responsible for any transaction fees imposed by their own payment service providers (e.g. GCash transaction limits, bank transfer charges).

6.2 Deposits. Deposits are accepted via the payment methods listed on the platform, currently including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. jilli 1 does not accept cash deposits.

6.3 Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests require a fully KYC-verified account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be paid out using the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent technically possible. jilli 1 targets processing verified GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes during standard operating hours; actual times may vary due to payment network conditions beyond our control.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. jilli 1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of its anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedures. Withdrawal processing may be delayed or suspended pending resolution of any active KYC review, dispute, or security investigation.

6.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. jilli 1 may apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant account balances. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and, if required, completing a refreshed KYC verification.

jilli 1 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer. By claiming any bonus, you confirm your acceptance of those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 15x, 20x). You must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms. e-Sabong may be excluded entirely from certain promotions.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse and Exploitation: jilli 1 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend any account, where there is evidence that bonus terms are being abused, exploited, or circumvented in bad faith. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinated multi-account strategies, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus conditions, and using bonus funds to place offsetting bets.

jilli 1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonuses already validly claimed before the modification takes effect.

All games available on jilli 1 operate using certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel. Live casino games are subject to the rules published within the game interface by the respective live casino provider.

8.1 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects a game's operation or outcome, jilli 1 reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and refund the relevant wager amount to the Player's wallet. No claim may be made for anticipated or potential winnings arising from a round affected by a verified technical error.

8.2 Communication Failures. jilli 1 is not responsible for any data transmission failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions on the Player's end that result in an interrupted game session. Where a bet has been confirmed and the game round commenced, the outcome of that round stands regardless of subsequent connectivity loss.

8.3 Disputed Results. If you wish to dispute the outcome of a game, you must raise the dispute with jilli 1 support within 72 hours of the game round in question. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. jilli 1's decision on disputed game outcomes, following review of server-side records, is final.

jilli 1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become harmful. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from the Account Settings → Responsible Gaming section of their account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagers cannot be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Duration Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after specified periods of continuous play (30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour intervals).
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period (24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, you may not log in or place wagers. The period cannot be cancelled once initiated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the elected period and cannot be shortened. Any balance at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to your designated payment method after the mandatory processing period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilli 1 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age.
• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one jilli 1 account (multi-accounting).
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any activity prohibited under Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines) as amended.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated live casino betting.
• Using or attempting to use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool that interacts with jilli 1 in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the jilli 1 platform or any of its games.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed payment claims, or fraudulent transaction reversals after receiving gaming value.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation during KYC or any other verification process.

All content on the jilli 1 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, user interface elements, game content, trademarks, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of jilli 1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilli 1 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the jilli 1 platform without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilli 1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment — arising from your use of the platform, even if jilli 1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilli 1's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jilli 1 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilli 1 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While jilli 1 maintains a 99.9% uptime target, scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen outages may occur. jilli 1 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during any such periods.

jilli 1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilli 1 will notify registered Players by displaying a prominent notification within the platform and, where feasible, via SMS to the Player's registered mobile number. The effective date of any amended version will be clearly stated at the top of the document.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continuing to use jilli 1 after amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any balance prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with jilli 1's support team shall be submitted to the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

For regulatory complaints relating to gaming conduct, Players may also submit a formal complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its established regulatory channels.
